2. The product must be currently advertised in print or electronic media (Including newspaper, catalog, radio, television advertising, or online)
3. The product must be in stock at the competitor
4. The competitor's price of the product must be inclusive of delivery fees, taxes, and charges
5. The competitor's price is lower than our price on the day the price guarantee is requested (day of purchase)
6. The competitor's price excludes finance, installation, bundling, rebates, cashback, coupon offers, loyalty rewards, or free bonus goods.

7. The competitor is located in UAE.

 

 

The following exclusions apply;

1. Trade/commercial quotes and/or large volume/bulk purchases
2. Products for sale via auction, stock liquidations, fire sale, sale, or clearance
3. Blemished, seconds, refurbished, damaged, or ex-demonstration stock
4. Advertising errors where the competitor has published a rectification notice
