3M Scotchfil Electrical Insulation Putty comes in a tape form that is used to insulate irregular surfaces like fittings and valves. This self-fusing, electrical-grade tape can be stretched or wrapped and helps to insulate connections up to 600V. 3M Scotchfil Electrical Insulation Putty is a 125 mil thick, non corrosive, mastic adhesive that offers optimized adherence. This tape shaped putty has outstanding aging properties and is ideal for creating a resin dam at resin pressure joints. It helps to seal multi conductor cable connections, as well as wire exits at high voltage joints.
