Description

Denzel BCV2200/100V Air Compressor with a power of 2.3 kW is used to provide compressed air to such tools as a paint sprayer, wrench, nail gun, drill, tire inflation gun, etc. A high performance of 440 l/min allows the equipment to be used not only in country houses and garages but also in factories, car service stations, in various workshops. Compressed air is stored in a 100 litre receiver. It is located vertically, which saves space on the work site. For stability, the compressor is attached to the wall or floor.

The temperature sensor turns off the motor when it gets too hot, protecting it from damage. A restart will not occur until the engine has cooled down

Overload protection is triggered when the current threshold value is exceeded, saving the motor resource

The copper wound motor is resistant to continuous loads, so it can run a full 8-hour shift without compromising performance

2 pressure gauges allow you to take accurate readings of the pressure in the accumulator and on the feed to the pneumatic tool, which provides complete control of the workflow

The compressor relay regulates the pressure in the receiver: when it reaches 10 bar, it turns off the engine, when it falls below XX bar, it automatically starts. This saves operator time, keeps productivity high and avoids accidents

The safety valve instantly releases excess air and lowers the pressure if the relay does not work in time. This safety net provides confidence in the safety of the workflow and protects the receiver from explosion
