Description
Open Ended Cable Grip is used whenever an offset positioning is needed with the cable completely passing through the cable grip. Specifically, they include any power cables such as LV, MV, HV, or EHV. Open Ended cable grip is most suitable for connecting two cables or ropes with each other for pulling and supporting purposes. The adjoining cables will collectively form a continuous loop. Typical application areas for open-ended cable grips include the replacement of elevator cables wherein the old cable is attached to the new cable to easily fed around the old one.
