The Heavy Duty Slab Trans, by Rubi, incorporates a practical transport bag, equipped with wheels, to facilitate both the handling of the equipment and its storage and protection. The Heavy Duty Slab Trans conveyor is specially designed for handling large-format ceramic sheets and tiles up to 320 cm in length. The Heavy Duty Slab Trans can be used as a complement to the slim cutter and Kit TC-125 cutting systems. It is made up of a set of two extruded aluminium profiles, reinforced, retractable and adjustable from 165 to 320 cm, and two perpendicular crossbars that favour the robustness and stability of the whole set, especially when handling the heaviest pieces. The set has 4 handles (2 per guide) that can be adjusted and positioned along the entire length of the guide, facilitating and adapting the Heavy Duty Slab Trans to each moment and format. The Heavy Duty Slab Trans conveyor has been designed mainly for handling ceramic sheets with thicknesses of 6 mm or more. These materials, in addition to posing a challenge due to their volume (surface), are highly heavy, compared to the 3 or 5 mm sheets that, until now, we were used to. The design of the aluminium profiles of the Heavy Duty Slab Trans give it a maximum load capacity of up to 140 kg.
