Unlike top-load water dispensers (where you lift a heavy water bottle onto the top), the bottom-load design places the water bottle or container at the bottom of the unit. This makes bottle replacement easier and reduces the risk of spills or heavy lifting. The machine provides three distinct outlets: one for cold water, one for ambient/normal temperature water, and one for hot water. Ideal for different use-cases (drinking, cooking, tea/coffee) all in one. For the cold water, the unit uses a compressor-based cooling system, which tends to be more efficient than simpler thermoelectric designs. This should give better cold performance. The unit includes safety measures to prevent operation (or risk) when the water level is too low — helpful in preventing damage to the cooling/heating systems or the compressor running dry. A safety lock is provided on the hot water tap to avoid accidental scalding, especially in households with children.
