Precise laser distance measuring device with spirit level and measuring wheel: Easy to operate, equipped with a high level of functionality and therefore suitable for a wide range of different applications and measuring operations. These are the summarised advantageous features of the handy laser distance measuring device BD22 which only weighs 130 g. With its extended application possibilities, it is equally recommended for architects, engineers as well as craftsmen (e.g. floor layers, painters and varnishers, drywall constructors, etc.) and ambitious do-it-yourselves.

Easy measurement of distances, surfaces and circumferences: The BD22 makes it easy to determine distances, areas and volumes in indoor areas. For indirect measurements (e.g. height measurements of walls or shelves) a Pythagoras function is integrated. The timer allows to perform delayed measurements after 10 seconds. In addition, the all-rounder scores with an integrated measuring wheel to measure even curved lines, curves and circumferences in a range of 0 to 10 metres.

Follows your thoughts and switches off automatically when it’s not used: For a maximum operating time, the BD22 is provided with an intelligent automatic switch-off function which switches off the laser after 30 seconds and the whole device after 3 minutes fully automatically. This intelligent power saving function is especially helpful in the hectic daily construction site routine and makes the BD22 a cash cow among the distance measuring devices. The batteries required for operation (2 x 1.5 V AAA batteries) are already included in the scope of delivery.

Professional measurement technology at a DIY product price: With a maximum measuring range of 50 m, a measuring accuracy of +/- 2 mm and extensive comfort features, the BD22 is in no way inferior to even much more expensive distance meters.

Designed for rough applications on construction sites: Its robust housing makes the BD22 suitable for withstanding even adverse conditions on construction sites. A circumferential rubber coating with edge protectors provides safe fall protection. Besides, the non-slip soft grip inserts in the measuring device provide for a secure grip in all measuring positions.

Clear visibility of precise measurement results: The measured data and calculations are shown on the backlit multi-line display in clearly readable fashion and are additionally saved in the internal data memory (max. 50 measurements). Addition and subtraction of the measurement data can be carried out as well as continuous measurements with MIN/MAX function.

Spirit level included: A spirit level integrated in the housing facilitates the accurate alignment of the device. In addition, the BD22 can be used as a convenient spirit level on the construction site, for example to measure inclinations and unevenness of the ground, or to optimally align objects with each other.
