Asmaco Tetron Refrigerant Gas, R134A, 13.6 Kg

Tetron-R134A is a 99.9% pure inert gas used primarily as a 'high-temperature' refrigerant for domestic refrigeration and automobile air conditioners. It also used as a propellant for aerosol and a blowing agent for extruded polystyrene foams. Tetron-R134a, is a haloalkane refrigerant with thermodynamic properties similar to R-12 but with less ozone depletion potential and has an excellent safety performance. It is a colourless gas under ordinary temperature and a colourless and transparent liquid under pressure.
Typical Applications:

Used primarily as a 'high-temperature' refrigerant for domestic refrigeration and automobile air conditioners. Other uses include plastic foam blowing, as a cleaning solvent, a propellant for the delivery of pharmaceuticals (e.g. bronchodilators), wine cork removers, gas and in air driers for removing the moisture from compressed air. 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane has also been used to cool computers in some over clocking attempts. It is also commonly used as a propellant for air soft air guns.

Instruction For Use:

Connect directly to valve outlet. Should not be mixed with oxygen or air above atmospheric pressure for leak testing or any other purpose.

Storage & Handling:

Pressurized gas, keep in well ventilated place away from fire risk. Avoid source of heat such as electric or steam radiators. Avoid storing near to the intake of Air conditioning unit, boiler unit & open drains. Do not pierce or burn even after use. Do not spray on naked flame or any incandescent materials. Keep out of reach of children. Vapour reduces oxygen available for breathing, Can cause rapid suffocation. Inhalation and mishandling of the product can result in serious injury or death. High pressure Liquefied gas can cause severe injury. Always wear eye protect tor when handling. Do not inhale vapour. Do not apply pressure more above 1 Mpa (145 psi) when connected to an air conditioner. Do not give violent impact. Protect from corrosion. Contact with chlorine or other strong oxidizing agents should be avoided.

First Aid:

If inhaled, move to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration. If breathing difficult administer oxygen. Call Physician. In case of eye contact, flush eyes promptly for atleast 15 minutes. In case of skin contact flush exposed skin with lukewarm water.
